Classy Luxury Handbags Shipping Policy

Classy Luxury Handbags ships all orders usually within 24 - 48 hours, during the business week, and if the order is placed during the weekend or holidays we ship on the Monday or Tuesday following the received order. 

In the rare case that a handbag ordered is not in stock we will notify the customer of the delay in shipping and when we expect to receive the handbag.  Usually the bags arrive within 24 - 48 hours to our office and we ship immediately upon arrival. 

If the customer orders a handbag that is 'backordered' and we are awaiting arrival for the shipment from Italy, we will notify the customer by email or telephone of the delay and usually the handbag is shipped to the customer within days of the received order.  We do everything we can to get the handbag to the customer as quickly as possible.    

No one likes delays with shipping and we understand this because we are 'online shoppers' too!  Sometimes the inventory is depleted before we have had a chance to update the system with available stock.  We do everything we can to get the merchandise that you ordered quickly so that you will receive the item you ordered in a timely matter.

We ship all merchandise according to the preferred shipping company requested by the customer during checkout. 

We ship via USPS Priority or Express mail with 'signature required' delivery confirmation and insurance. 

We also ship via UPS with 'signature required' delivery confirmation and insurance.

We ship to the billing address ONLY of the credit card used during checkout.  This is required by most merchant credit card processing companies and helps in the fight to control fraudulent transactions.  We sincerely want to make your shopping experience happy and uneventful so we sincerely hope that you understand that we are strict about the shipping address to protect you and your personal financial information being used in a fraudulent transaction.

Classy Luxury Handbags stands behind the Authenticity of our products 100%.  We only purchase from established and reliable resellers in Italy who have been in this business for years.  We guarantee your satisfaction 100%.  Please read this entire Policy in regards to returning any of our guaranteed authentic merchandise. 

Return requests based on claims that our products are not authentic need to be addressed via email to:  owner@classyluxuryhandbags.com  This is a matter that is of extreme importance and will only be dealt with by the owner of Classy Luxury Handbags.  We want you to know that your satisfaction and 'peace of mind' about your purchase is our number one priority.  We purchase only 100% authentic designer merchandise from a reliable and well established reseller in Italy.  We are offered merchandise at wholesale discount prices that are end of season, last season, year end, over stock, season end and sometimes we are offered to add pre-orders for current season merchandise to the boutique orders.
We are an 'internet only' based business so we are able to offer merchandise at very reasonable prices because our overhead costs are lower than the average 'Brick and Mortar' establishment.  Just because the price is lower than a retail boutique DOES NOT mean that the item is not authentic.  Authentic designer merchandise is available wholesale, with the exception of Louis Vuitton, who does not ever offer wholesale merchandise.  We value the designer names and have nothing but the utmost respect for the designer labels. 

Classy Luxury Handbags inspects all products prior to shipment to insure high quality.  This includes verifying and recording all authentication details associated with the specific designer line and the various techniques they use to authenticate their merchandise.  We also package all authentic merchandise very carefully and fully protected with extra foam and bubble wrapped layers.  We only ship Express or Priority mail, insured and signature required delivery confirmation, to insure the quickest and safest delivery.  We do not want your expensive authentic designer handbag sitting on the porch, waiting at the 'neighbors' or worse.  We are not in this business to make a quick 'buck'.  We sell our bags at an affordable price as close to what we pay for them as possible.  That does not mean they are not authentic, it just means we understand how hard it is to spend hundreds of dollars on a authentic designer handbag.  We are truly dedicated to sharing our passion for authentic designer merchandise with others who are not rich or famous and want to buy an authentic designer handbag at an affordable price. 

We will accept returns for products with manufacturer defects provided we are notified by email within 3 days of our shipping to you the customer.  Please send an email to: admin@classyluxuryhandbags.com  within the 3 day period so that we might further be of assistance to you. After 5 days of delivery confirmation that we receive from the Mail Facility,  all sales are final.   We are not responsible for items that were 'attempted' to be delivered, notices that were left by the mail facility and were not picked up, or items that were intentionally left at the mail facility and never picked up.   Items may be returned for store credit to be used for another purchase, and depending on the circumstances of previous emails, we will evaluate claims for all returns. All returned items must be brand new and completely unused with all accessories, Classy Luxury Handbags security tag attached and not tampered with, and wrapping in tact, otherwise All Sales Are Final. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

A 15% Re-Stocking fee will be charged for returns.  This fee is necessary and non-negotiable as is applied towards the costs that are involved with inspecting and placing merchandise back into our inventory system. 

Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for return shipping. 
Please complete the following steps when returning merchandise. Our shipping department will NOT accept deliveries without an RMA # on the OUTSIDE of the box.

1) Please send an email to sales@classyluxuryhandbags.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

2) Write your RMA # on a copy of your invoice & the outside of the shipping box.

3) We strongly recommend that you ship the return using a shipping option with tracking and insurance.

4) Exchange Returns are typically processed within one - two weeks of delivery.  

5) Please Note:  This Return Policy DOES NOT apply to International Orders.

We reserve the right not to accept items that do not follow this process. We will make every effort to be fair and expedite the refund so please be fair and patient with us in return.

International Ordering


Because of the unfortunate actions of some International customers, Classy Luxury Handbags is sad to announce that we will NO Longer ship to International destinations unless you use Google Checkout for payment.  We are an honest, reputable and family owned company who have taken pride in our business by offering only the finest 100% authentic designer merchandise.  We will not be a part of any organization that uses fraudulent forms of obtaining credit cards for the purpose of transporting authentic designer merchandise internationally.  We will continue to support all law enforcement agencies by providing any and all IP addresses and identification of individuals who try to purchase our merchandise.  For our many loyal and honest international friends we will continue to provide our services to you.  Please send us an email at: sales@classyluxuryhandbags.com and we will communicate with you and help with your authentic designer needs.  We apologize to all that read this and mis-understand our intentions.  We have the greatest respect for all of our international customers and are sorry that we have been forced into such drastic measures.  

At Classy Luxury Handbags we happily accept international orders from selected countries.  We do require that ur International Customers use Google Checkout for processing payments. You are very important to us!  We want to earn your business, and trust, by making your purchase a safe and memorable experience.

Our Payment System supports AVS address verification.  If your shipping address does not match the credit card billing address, or your bank does not support the AVS System contact us for other payment options. American Express and Discover Cards both support AVS (Address Verification System)  This system is in place to protect you, the buyer, from Identity Theft and credit card fraud.
It also protects reputable businesses from credit card fraud and merchandise theft.  We want your purchase to be a happy experience!

Please provide your name, address, and Actual Working Telephone Number with correct calling codes.  Include in the email the item(s) you would like to purchase including the name, model/style number, description, color, quantity, and any other questions you might have.  We will verify your email by emailing you back with the information you requested.  We may also, at our discretion,  telephone you to verify the order using the working telephone number you provide.
If the Telephone is not a working number and the email is not a valid working email address, we will not accept any orders from you and your information will be declined during any checkout attempts.

We MUST take these measures to protect our customers as well as our business from credit card fraud and merchandise theft.

Classy Luxury Handbags works with law enforcement agencies locally and internationally and will help prosecute all fraudulent use of Credit Cards to the fullest extent of the law.
 
We appreciate our International Customers and we want to make your purchase as easy as possible.  We will ship your order as soon as we confirm Credit Card Billing and Shipping Addresses.

SHIPPING: We ship all International Orders via Global Express Mail with tracking number, insurance for the full amount of purchase, and 'signature required' return receipt.  We will provide you with the tracking number when we ship your item. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: When making a payment with your Credit Card to prevent fraud we can only accept credit card payment from banks that support AVS.  AVS is the electronic address verification system used by banks to determine if the shipping address for your order matches the billing address for your Credit Card.  AVS lets us know that we are shipping the order to you and not to someone who may be using your card number without your permission. 
Please Note:  We will only ship to customers who have the same shipping address that matches the billing address for your Credit Card.
When using Visa and Master Card many European, Australian, and Canadian banks now support AVS but many International Banks do not yet support it.
When using American Express and Discover AVS is supported worldwide.

MONEY ORDERS:  We are Happy to accept payments by International Money Order for shipment to all addresses.  We will also accept Western Union payments or Wire (bank to bank) Transfers.  Please email us for more information at:

CUSTOMS:  Your local government may impose import duties and or taxes on shipments made from outside your country.  These charges, if any, are seperate from Classy Luxury Handbags charges and would be made directly to your government.

  Classy Luxury Handbags will not be held responsible for any loss due to the actions of your local customs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 
We inspect ALL of our merchandise before shipping to insure our standards of high quality merchandise. We then expedite shipping via Global Express Mail to our International Customers.  All Items are sent insured, with signature required tracking.
